This morning I had no broadband before I went to work. Ran all the tests as the sky status showed no problems at the exchange and the tests results said I needed a engineer visit. Booked this for tomorrow.
A few hours later, while at work I get a text to say there was a problem with the exchange. After a 12 hour shift, I get home to find the broadband is working but I can't cancel the visit online instead I'd have to hang on the phone for 30mins+.
Will sky realize the exchange fault was the cause of my problem and automatically cancel the visit?

Thanks, but family life meant I wasn't able to phone sky before 8pm. Guess I'll have to try first thing tomorrow.
