Engineer visit but still slow

I had an Openreach engineer due to dropping, and slow internet. The engineer identified and solved external problems with the line, which has remedied the dropping. The engineer also identified a faulty router (Sky Q 4.2), as the speed was dropping 8mb (25-17), between the socket and the router. The router was replaced, but no improvement in speed. Any ideas?

How are you running the tests? WiFi or ethernet?

Can you post your router stats?
