Engineer not turned up

Any one else experienced engineer not turning up in specified time? Been sat here for 7 hours. Not a good start for a first time customer

What was the time window and what was the visit for?

 

If this was an Openreach engineer as opposed to a Sky engineer give Sky a call tomorrow by which time they may have received an update from OR which occurs overnight.
