Engineer never arrived, ghost order

Hi,

I contacted sky back before December and did a new deal on my package also upgrading from super fast broadband to full fibre 150.

it appears the a ghost order was put through. No open reach engineer was ever arranged. However my broadband product shows as full fibre 150 (which I don't have) and my bill is still super fast broadband.

 

Ideas?
