Engineer left tool behind
An engineer visited us on 5th May and did a very good job installing high speed broadband. Unfortunately, he left behind one of his tools. Apologies for not noticing. Could you let him know about this and we can wrap it up and leave it in a safe place if necessary.
Also, what is the best way of returning or recycling the old router.
Many thanks.

Re: Engineer left tool behind
regarding the tool left im guessing the install was done by openreach ? i.e (BT) as opposed to Sky ? if so you would need to contact Openreach directly themsleves, they would then ararnge to collect this or one of their subconatcrors will pick this up, as tehy do use a lot of subcontactors i.e Kelly, Morrison Group e.t.c
In reagrds to the wireless router, plaese contact your previous provider, if not Sky and they will send a return pcracel to you, this is what happened with me when I was with BT. If you were with Sky before then please contact them via phone or live chat/email and im sure they will send you a pre paid return package.
