Engineer had problem installing fibre.

Engineer had a problem installing fibre. He went to consult with others and would get back to me,  Received an email from sky instructing me to phone [removed].  Automated response . I've been going round in circles ever since.and getting nowhere.

@Adjona you do need to speak to Sky and their lines use an automated IVR system to route calls. However as you are having issues I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
