Engineer didn't get booked

Signed up for Sky broadband. After 2 weeks my activation date is tomorrow and I've just found out an engineer isn't even coming to install it, commect it or whatnot. I've tried contacting sky to tell them but I can't get through to a real person.

What does it say in your order tracking? Sometimes an engineer is not required if its a remote activation.
