Engineer couldn’t install WiFi

Hi, the engineer was supposed to fit my WiFi yesterday. I took the day off work for this and it couldn't be done, when is this going to be done and what's the next stage? As apparently he didn't have relevant qualifications.

@ChrisKins  What you are saying is that the engineer was unable to finish your broadband install? What was to be done at the property to connect your broadband and was this a person from Sky or Openreach that attended?

If someone has helped give them Like.

A two stage on-site installation would typically be FTTP, with optical cable fusion splicing training (and equipment) required to complete.
