Engineer cancelled told to ring Circet

Who the hell are Circet!? Waited over 12 days for a sky engineer visit as WiFi is so awful and drops every few hours, 10 mins before they were due to turn up simply got a text from 'Circet' on behalf of Sky simply saying they weren't coming and giving me an 0330 number to call! Very cross!
