Engineer came out yesterday and no lights have come on my hub he told me to order a new one l

A engineer came out yesterday and there was no lights on the hub and still not he told me order a new one how do I go about ordering one as your always on hold when you ring up

@Craig891  With the amount of customers that Sky have sometimes it does get very busy and you have to hold for a period of time to speak to an advisor. This is the only way to get hold of a replacement router.
