A engineer came out yesterday and there was no lights on the hub and still not he told me order a new one how do I go about ordering one as your always on hold when you ring up

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Craig891 With the amount of customers that Sky have sometimes it does get very busy and you have to hold for a period of time to speak to an advisor. This is the only way to get hold of a replacement router.
