Engineer Visit is required or not

Hello,

I have purchased a Sky Broadband package. The mail confirming my order says the delivery will be on 17th of June:

"Simply plug your home phone into your Sky Broadband Hub once it’s been connected. We'll send you step-by-step instructions to help things go smoothly"

On the other hand, the subscription page stated that an engineer would come to my house to establish to cennection. I am quite unsure if an engineer visit will be required or not.

Would you please clarify an engineer will visit my house?? Based on this i will arrange my schedule and permits from the boss.

If your address is in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
