Engineer No-Show

Scheduled an Openreach engineer to arrive today between 1pm - 6pm. No engineer turned up. Phoned Sky and waited 30 minutes to be told that he might turn up late and I would receive a text in 30 minutes regarding the situation.

 

The engineer did not turn up and I have not received any text. Absolutely disgraceful service. Cancelled plans today waiting for an engineer that did not arrive nor has there been any update from Openreach or Sky.

 

Disgusting behaviour paying £35 for 10mbps which is 18mbps under our guaranteed minimum download speed. This has been going on for 3 days now. No end in sight

Openreach update the ISPs overnight so Sky will hopefully have more information if you contact them again later today.
