Email to upgrade old router

Email received January 2024 to replace old router have clicked link to apply for update but had no further email or information .

Is ther anyone else in this position

Sky were sending out emails earlier this year to replace older routers in preparation for the 2025 pstn switch off. If you did not receive one I wouldn't worry too much as they should contact you again before the cut off.
