Hi

my emails won't download when I'm on sky broadband. I just get loading with a spinning wheel. Is this a setting that I've turned on by accident? How can I resolve this? Help!

I would try another device.

Might be worth checking your Sky broadband shield settings

Also if you are using an Apple device make sure private browsing is disabled.
