Our WiFi has been out since 1.45pm yesterday (Thursday 12th September). I can't access any of my Sky products so we're all using excess mobile data.
I've ran numerous service status tests. Tried unplugging etc. I have checked Sky's online service checker so know there's an outage but when I check other online websites it's saying all is well and there's no issues.
Is there any insight as to what the issue is and how long will it take to get services back up and running. Admittedly, this is the first time in 7 years it's been offline for over 24 hours so it seems unusual with little explanation.
