Drop in

Hi I have been having the same issue for a couple of months but last night and this morning have been very apauling my wifi signal keeps dropping I have tried all the usual stuff re setting the router switch of  at the wall and still the signal keeps dropping  this is not acceptable because  I cannot access any channels at all when the signal drops.

@Sarah179 when you lose the signal do the lights on your Sky hub change? Do the drops happen at consistent times if so when are these? Doo you have Sky Q TV boxes?
