Drop Outs
My internet seems to drop out at the same time every night, I get an email from a connected device stating it has lost connection every morning at 5am.
It did this a while ago and sky talked me through the fix but I can't for the life of me remember it.
I have turned the router off/on and reset it numerous times
I haven't got time at the moment to sit on hold to Sky for a long period.

Re: Drop Outs
@linzlad Do you have Sky Q and or/mini boxes also on the home network, or is it just your broadband hub? Which hub do you have from sky see link below.

Re: Drop Outs
@linzladYou need to make sure that the sky Q tv box is NOT set to go into eco mode if it is hot spot for the wi-fi signal. See if the link helps and jogs your memory from the previous time.
