Dripping

More than a month my internet keeps dropping all the time. Tired to report it, open reach engineer was dispatched 3 times and always say issue has been resolved however still keeps happening. Cannot work or have calls. Not sure what else I can do?

Same issue with internet since May

We have had the same issue with internet dropping all the time. A few agents have come but nothing has been fixed.

No one is looking into an issue and solve it

@Aliende

If these visits by engineers (not agents) haven't yet fixed your issue, what have Sky said when you've reported it again?

@Aliende an intermittent line fault can be very difficult to disgnose unless the fault is active when the engineer tests the line. Partial fibre lines will drop if there is a burst of electrical noise. Full fibre lines are not affected by noise but can drop if one of the up to 30 ONT units on the same distribution point as yours is faulty. Finding that unit is not simple.
