Dreadful wifi

Since switching to Sky my broadband/wifi has been appalling

Wifi speed is up and down, day after day since joining. Nothing to do with router location. Speedchecker.com confirms dreadful service. I *finally* managed to speak to a human at Sky (despite them making it close to impossible) and I have an engineer booked in for wednesday next week. Dreadful introduction to Sky services. Complaint has been registered
