Dreadful streaming

Streaming Amazon and Disney is terrible. Keeps buffering and freezing, other tv streaming is good.

Used WiFi and cable, both ax bad as each other.

reset no difference.

tests shows everything is good even when it's frozen.

with BT fibre no issues, now with Sky Fibre its terrible , any ideas????

What device is it poor on? Is this device further away from your router than the other TV that seems fine?

It's on the 2 TB SKY Q box, it's the closest thing to the router in the house. Also set priority to the SKY Q box but made no difference
