Download speeds

I've been having issues with broadband. I keep losing the connection and when I'm using YouTube on the tv, I keep getting the message loading... and this can go on for a little while.

I've checked down load speeds and I see I've been below the guaranteed limit for three days in a row.

An open reach  engineer did. come out to sort out a fault on the hub, but it has not corrected the problem.
