Download speed is poor
Good morning my download speed is not meeting the levels I am paying for.

@Verity_1234_ unless you are measuring speeds on a single device connected by a gigabit ethernet cable then you likely to be neasuring the speed of your home network not the speed to the hub. WiFi speeds are unreliable. Sky test speeds daily their results are in the service checker in the My Sky app if spedds to the hub. Are lower than the guaranteeed speed for your line the app should offer to book an engineer.
