Hi, we recently just moved into a new property and upgraded to your fastest fibre package and were promised speeds of 930mbps max and minimum of 780mbps. However I've just run a speed test and we're lucky if we push 160mbps.
We seem to have 2 optical ports in the house. One is for open reach and the other is for hyper optic. I've tried pulling the sky hub into the hyper optic port but it doesn't seem to work. Only the open reach seems to work, but as mentioned about we're getting well below the promised speeds.
please can you advise on what we should do as I don't want to be paying for a service if I'm not receiving the promised speeds.
