Don’t want to cancel anymore

Hi,

 

I want to know if my broadband has been disconnected yet? 

I had a cold caller from EE at my door a few weeks ago and singed up with them. However, today EE broadband was started in my house and my children are not happy with the connection.

 

i would love to stay with sky if it bot

to late to cancel my cancellation?

@Laura269 If EE have completed a takeover of your service then your Sky service will have been stopped, you would have to place a new order with Sky and inform EE that you intend to leave during your cooling off period.

Just out of interest when you signed up with EE did you receive any correspondence from Sky about you leaving?
