Do not get. Contract with them.

They've got my order wrong didn't bother to contact me. When I call they they've told me that they would resolve the issue in 5 days. That changed very quickly as I have to wait for another 2 weeks to get my services activated. They do the mess and then they act like it's your fault. The customer service is also really poor.

New activations normally take a minimum of two weeks from an order being placed. My son joined at the end of last year and the broadband activation took 3 weeks so it's quite normal.
