Dissatisfied

Hello , 

i have chosen sky broadband but it looks it was a wrong decision. 
is been a month now im waiting to connect a broadband that the dates change all the time and I received a new date today for 18th OF JULY ARE YOU KIDDING?? Please a staff member to give me a call and explain to me

@NicoleNicolaou We are customers like you on here. You will need to ring Sky I'm afraid to chase this up. My advice, cancel the order as soon as you get through. My broadband service with them was the worst I've had of any ISP.

You'll need to instigate contact with Sky to see why there's a delay. Sky won't contact you, in fact they won't know who you are from a forum post.
