Disgrace

My broadband has been off since the 29th of September I've called 4 times to book an engineer ... the first time I was assured that because I live on my own and work that I would have an appointment booked for the following Sunday without the £25 additional fee ..::: blatant lie ... as engineers won't work Sundays call number 2 , was told an engineer would come on Saturday ,so I took the day off work .... no one turned up ..... so I called to find out what was happening.... call number 3 was told the engineer couldn't get to fix it because of traffic .... I wasn't informed at all and wouldn't have known if I hadn't spent an hour on the phone trying to find out what had happened . Re booked an engineer again took another day off work nothing called again .... glitch in the system .... I've been assured after a 3 hour phone call that an engineer will come and restore my broadband today so took another day off ...... so far nothing .... no confirmation of a visit and no engineer ..... you will find my account os up to date payment wise but at the moment I'm being robbed as I'm paying for goods and services not being received and when as a customer I do try and do the right thing I'm fobbed off [Removed] ...... this is not the service I expect or deserve .... I've put this on here out of shear desperation .... when I agreed to the contract and to sign up I had four engineers here to fit it .... now there's a problem I can't get one ..... disgusting
