Discoverey app keeps crashing

I changed to sky wifi as I run one of your tv's and your sky package 

I have found that since changing my tv and WiFi appliances have not been as reliable 

very disappointing as at the time it made sense to have everything matching and under one umbrella as such but to be honest I am now stuck under a contract with poor internet and tv usage 

Discovery being the worst ??
