Disable MAC address filtering

I'm trying to connect my HP printer wirelessy to this new SkyMax Hub.  My printer settings are saying that I must disable the MAC address filtering on the Hub!!  I've searched settings on my Sky account but haven't a clue where to look.

I never experienced this beore with my other Sky Broadband router.  Any help or suggestions would by very much appreciated.

@TNBDD there is no mac filtering on any Sky hub so the message is wrong which HP error messages often are. It is key thst the printer is on the same network as the devices you are trying to print from so if you havecthitd party wifi extenders that maybe the issue. Updating the printers firmware is sensible.

Re: Disable MAC address filtering

So if there's no mac filtering as you say then why am I looking at mac filtering on my sky max hub?
