Different activation date given when ordering broadband

Hi, when I ordered sky broadband it told me activation would be 10/11/23, however after ordering they changed the activation date to 13/11/23. The only reason I ordered is because the activation date was originally 10/11/23, why did this change and is there anything I can do to get this changed back?

@Emily40  As we are customers on the forum we can't tell you why the date was changed, however it's likely it's down to availability, the lead time with Openreach is around 10 working days.

 

You won't be able to bring the date forward.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
