Devices won't connect to the hub..password not recognised

I have just had a new sky broadband router and I have inputted the router password into my devices many times. There is an error message saying password not recognised.

I have been diligent and followed the stages with case sensitivity..it still doesn't work.

I have an intermittent mobile data signal and cannot get to speak to anyone from SKY to resolve this issue.

Any help welcomed please

@Peter2410 Which hub from sky do you have, take a look at the label back off the hud, and also the little card that came in the box, that the ssid and the password's match! i 1 l L  O 0 can be very hard to read!
