Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lou17775757 what error message are you seeing from Netflix? You can normally connect from a public wifi network to watch Netflix - milions including myself can watch Netflix from hotels etc -. as they explain here https://help.netflix.com/en/node/24853
Do other apos work on your Roku box like iPlayer? Can you conect to the Playstation network on your PS5?
What happens when you run the network test.on the PS5 in Settings/Network/Connection status?
Sky hubs like most any ISP's free routers cannot prioritise gaming traffic you would need a third party router with QOS to do that connecting third party routers to a Sky service can get complicated.

Yes sorry every other app is working great and is connected to PlayStation network . Also had trouble signing into Wi-Fi on PlayStation first time was getting error code then too download and upload and connection strength are okay though and it's error code :NW-2-5 on Netflix
just double checked it's only Netflix on ps5 witch is having the issue

You may have to change the broadband shield setting to 18 because Sky's DNS is blocking secure.netflix.com with that error message.

How would I do this ?

What happens and does it report the same error message when you change the DNS servers on the PS5 to Google (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4)?

Already tried a few different dns servers still the same

Can you do a 'nslookup secure.netflix.com' from the command prompt on a PC and post the results, please?

The 'nslookup' utility is available for mobile devices if you let me know whether you have an Android or iPhone I'll point at the App available in either of the App stores for your device.
