Devices rarely ever connect to internet
Since I've moved to sky the connection to devices like tablets/phones and laptops has been shocking to say the least, I could be stood right next to the hub and it will still barely connect

@Mikeheffer assuming the hub is connected properly see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start that sounds very odd.is your hub out in the open so its signals are not being blocked in some way. Have you spoken to Sky as perhaps the hub is faulty?
