Device connectivity issue
The device I'm trying to connect to the router thinks it's a public WiFi and is asking for additional verification. This is not the case as it's my family homes WiFi. I've read about opening the routers ports however, I'm no tech wizard and am unsure of what to do next. Can anyone help?

Re: Device connectivity issue
@Stringers you do not need to change any setting onyour Sky hub's. Instead there will be a setting in the network setup on the device where you can tell the device to trust the connection. For example by default Windows devices treat all connections are public until you tell them differently.
