Delaying in the delivery of Brodband and engineer

We need an engineer to install the broadband in our house but he didn't came yet we are waiting for him from past 2 weeks he should come by now and the SKY system keep making excuses

If an engineer was due at your home then you need to talk to someone at Sky about this so when calling see if you can get past the bot by saying nothing.
