The engineer didn't turn up on date they were supposed to. Installation has since been delayed due to this and I have cancelled my WiFi with Virgin as I was supposed to have Sky WiFi by this point. I don't have any WiFi and have had no update as to when this will be completed or if I will be compensated for this as I took the day off work for it.

You won't be compenseated for loss of earnings however.
