Delay with my order

Hello my order was to be installed on 18/10 and they have already changed  is twice, why?

That will be due to the availability of a Openreach engineer they maintain the network so will do the job of connecting you to the Sky network. Sadly there is nothing you can do about this,

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.
