My Broadband speed has dropped from 1.6 to 0.4 and has been at 0.4 for several days. Any thing loading on the web is taking forever and I am having to switch my WiFi off on my phone and use my data. If I'm watching streaming services they are buffering every couple of minutes, or not loading at all to play! I've run tests on the MySky app and all it says is good connection, no issues. When I can clearly see the bar graph data on their speed over the last month has rapidly declined

That's incredibly slow to begin with, and suggests a connection on the ragged end of what's physically possible: unfortunately such circuits are very likely to be affected by external factors.
