Had problems most of last night with many sites and apps timing out with the message  ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED.

Anyone know what the cause/fix?

One solution is to get a modem/router that's compatible with Sky and you can change the DNS no problem. You'd also be able to hve WIFi 6 and a better WiFi signal.

Re: DNS Issues?

I've got the same issue, annoyingly a couple of the kids will be playing online and not notice the issue, but we have to reboot the router to so everyone else can continue browsing and doing other Internet work.

I was going to upgrade to Full Fibre but this is going to stop me going with sky.

There's something wrong with the nameserver configuration for that domain: multiple DNS providers can't resolve it.  If you don't administer the hosting yourself then you should contact whoever does.

It's a nameserver issue, nothing to do with the device that the web browser is running on.

Yes, it's a server-side issue: specifically the nameservers for the hosting provision (ns1, ns2 and ns3 at meganameservers.eu) don't seem to be responding
