Cutting in and out since bonfire night

We have lost connection up to 15 times a day which means we have no tv and no Internet please can this be sorted

You aren’t contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. Sky won't necessarily know you have an issue unless you report it to them.

 

(and Bonfire Night hasn't happened this year yet)
