@DAZ4527 @You are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum

 

Sky in general us credits against future bills if you no longer have any on going services but the direct debit is in place  Sky will transfer any credit to your bank after roughly 6 weeks Or you can call Sky to request a refund sooner
