Crappy Broadband

Internet speed always under 2 mbps for upload and download. Meant to be on 25 mbps but apparently I'm still above what Sky guarantee. What a 2025 **bleep** show

Hi @Gary198 

How are you testing this speed? For an accurate measurement you need to use the My Sky app or on a device connected via ethernet.
