Coverage issue
The hub doesn't stretch very far around the house. We have just moved back to you from virgin and the internet was great with virgin. Always worked and worked in every room. Not able to get it upstairs and have had to stop and start the services 3 times already as it was that slow. Is there anything you can do to improve it

We're only other customers here, like yourself.
Have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily if no success with the above, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used and would be my own personal choice).
