Quick question before pulling the trigger on Ultrafast.
We have an ADT alarm system which is connected to our existing phone line. If we upgrade to Ultrafast, I'm assuming the existing phone line is disconnected and therefore our alarm loses its connectivity to ADT?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@jsl1903xx Have you spoken to ADT about this. They should have something in place that has a failover for using mobile and digital lines with the shutting down of the older copper network.
