Contract

Had sky for 6 years was going to cancel but sky singed my up to 1 more year for broadband and phone I thought it would be a 30 day rolling contract when my 18 month contract  finnished

Have you received notification of another year at the same cost?  That's not the same thing as a new minimum term, which has to be actively accepted.

Yes sorry that is what I meant.  Can I cancel this in a cooling of period or need to take the full year

@Gordon+111 The contract with sky never expires, as you say you are now just on the 30Day's notice to quit and leave sky, if you are going to move then just have a new ISP do the OTS and switch you over, that is the best way to do it and still keep broadband working until the new ISP has you!
