Contract renewal

Hi , I just renew my contract with sky and choose another package. Do I need to change my box or anything? I thought it will be just the upgrade with the same box I have and now it seems I need to receive an engineer's visit to connect me. 
I am bit confused.

Are you trying to upgrade to a fibre broadband package because if so an engineer will be required for this.

Hi, yes, I choose full fibre gigafast.
