Hi,
We're repeatedly experiencing the orange voice light, causing no internet.
This completely kills off the router, Ethernet connections also lost.
Tonight it's happened twice in 2 hours. First happened, reset router, 2 hours later happens again.
Sometimes this happens weekly, sometimes multiple times a day, sometimes only once a month.
Seen several posts about this issue with no real answer. Why are Sky not resolving this when it's a know issue?
Is it linked to a specific router type?

Ironically the broadband test shows all green - despite no connection! However when I go into the router settings via http://192.168.0.1 it clearly shows it's disconnected.
Only recovery is to reboot the hub, but that's not useful when you lose internet midway through work or game streaming 😞
We're on ultra fast fibre 900Mb
And it's gone again this morning.
