Continual unstable internet connection from Sky

Internet struggles to stream radio, let alone a tv program without, without dropping out

@Davidsunit could be an issue with the speed to your hub or that wifi coverage in your home is poor.

 

To check the former run the service checker in the My Sky app which will tell you the last speed test result - you can see more by clicking in the link which will show you the recent history and theguaranteed speed for your line. If the speed is lower than the guarantee the app should offer further help.

 

If thst us normal it is highly lijely an issue with WiFi coverage in your home. Check thst the signal from the hub is not compromised by being on the floor etc. it nedds to be out in the open on a surface. After that you are going to need additional equipment thst can come as part of Sky's WiFi Max bundle.
