Contacting OpenReach on progress
How does anyone contact OpenReach over what is happening ?
I live in a block of flats. OpenReach and the LandLord have agreed on the work, and OpenReach have sucessfully done the install in the communal part of the building.
But its now gone quiet.
Sky and myself are just waiting for BT OpenReach
How do I get in touch with OpenReach to progress the order and/or see whats happening.. ??

You can't. Openreach don't speak to the end customer, only to the ISPs.
