@Rolly56 simply call any of their customer service numbers you can find in the help pages if you persevere and find the contact us link the forum softwarecstops posting of phone numbers. Using the number given helps route the call to the correct department as does using the phone number you gave when buying the service. All calls go through the same IVR system but simply dont accept offers of further help and stay on the line.
If you have a Sky Talk line (comes free with Broadband) or a Sky Mobile dialling 150 is a short cut but any call to Sky will be free of charge.
